All Domestic shipments of the Encyclopedia of Antique Postcards will be via USPS Priority Mail, Insured, at a charge of $6, multiple orders to same address will normally ship separately. Orders to be shipped to addresses in either Canada or Mexico will ship Global Priority Mail - Flat-rate Envelope (large) $11.00, and to most other Country destinations, will ship Global Priority Mail - Flat-rate Envelope (large) 9.00 (our exact cost). This assures fast delivery(usually 2-3 days in U.S, and 3-5 days to many other countries), excellent packaging, and quality assurance we cannot find with any other method of shipment. We will do book rate only on orders of 5 or more books, to a single address in U.S. as all our shipments are prepackaged for USPS mailing.
