How to Pay for Orders from CourthouseSquare.net

We accept credit cards three ways.

Our first preference is through PayPal. If you order from us not using a PayPal button on our site(i.e. emailing us your order instead), we can send you a PayPal invoice for the total amount due, and ship upon receipt of your cleared PayPal payment. PayPal is fastest for both of us.

Our second way of accepting credit cards is sending us your credit card information in an email along with your order. This will take a bit longer (to confirm, etc) and requires the card type, number, expiration, security code, name, billing address, shipping address, etc. etc.

A third way to pay with credit card is to give us the order and card info over the phone. Our order number (Toll Free) is 1.888.451.0340.

 

We accept U.S. payments in U.S. currency and U.S. bank or money order checks in U.S. currencies.

Orders will not ship until checks clear both banks. Checks, cash, for amount of purchase only. We do not accept other forms of payment such as trade, postage stamps, coupons, or anything other than above.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, or payment from anyone at any time. Any refund will be for the amount of purchase only, and at the discretion of CourthouseSquare.net. No returns or refunds without prior email inquiry by customer, and email approval and instructions from CourthouseSquare.net. We are not responsible for shipping claims or non-delivery of items we ship via FedEx or USPS. Those claims will require customer contact with shipper. If insurance is ordered and paid for at time of order, then coverage is afforded, and we will cover accordingly.
